TM44 government regulations state that air conditioning systems must be inspected by a qualified energy assessor every five years to make sure it is energy efficient.
It is a legal requirement for all buildings that have a combined cooling output of 12 kW or more to ensure that inspections are completed otherwise fines can be issued.
